Since 1990 we have turned liquid resin and foam into benches, planters, cabins and chairs that outlast sun, rain and everyday use. Every piece starts as a mould, and every mould starts in our own workshop.

Functional form, enduring comfort.

Seating for offices, lounges and hospitality, with high-resilience PU foam on robust FRP frames, made for heavy daily use.

03Inside the part

How an FRP part is built, layer by layer.

Layer 01 / 05

  1. The mould

    Shaped in our own die shop, polished to a mirror and waxed so every part releases clean.

  2. Gel coat

    The coloured, UV-resistant skin you see and touch. It goes in first, so it ends up on the outside.

  3. Glass mat & resin

    Glass-fibre mat, wetted with resin and rolled by hand until every air bubble is worked out.

  4. Woven roving

    Extra woven layers where the part carries load: edges, legs and fixing points.

  5. Cure & demould

    Once cured, the part lifts out of the mould, then it's trimmed and finished. Light to move, built to stay outdoors.

04Polyurethane

Poured as a liquid. Rises into comfort.

Two liquids meet, react and expand many times over inside a closed mould, becoming the seats, cushions, mattresses and pillows we make for homes and offices.

Shri Ponnachan P.K. Fondly, Babu.

Starting with almost nothing, Babu persevered for years, building a clientele who admire his sharp acumen in moulding anything in FRP, regardless of complexity.

His artistic, restless mind follows one mission: perfection in everything he takes on. The dies and special structures made under his leadership are now used across the country.
